To be eligible, the item must:

- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
- Be free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of usage
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Proof Requirement for Claims

5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement as the primary resolution.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
- Replacement requests are processed within 2–5 business days after approval.
- Delivery timelines may vary between 3–7 business days.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in the following cases:

- Order is cancelled before dispatch
- Verified defective or damaged product
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

- UPI/Wallet: 2–5 days

7. Return Shipping
